Hydropower direct-offtake & Process

Co-developed with Shanghai Jiao Tong University

Our plant is located directly in the casting center of the Zhongfu electrolysis facilities ("Factory in Factory"). We take the 99.9% hot green liquid aluminium directly from the electrolysis cells — without remelting and without additional CO2 burden. The subsequent segregation process, secured by 29 patents (including CN121759735A for ultrasonic melt treatment), then achieves the proven 4N5 stability.

Direct-offtake of liquid aluminium

Hot, green liquid aluminium (99.9%) is transferred loss-free and directly from the adjacent Zhongfu electrolysis cells.

Refining & filtration

25t melting furnace for refining and impurity removal. Online filtration system followed by crucible loading.

Primary segregation

Horizontal continuous rotation segregation. Produces 3N2 (99.92%) and 4N (99.99%) purity aluminium.

Secondary segregation (technical barrier)

Second segregation stage for deeper impurity separation. Output range: 99.993%-99.995%, including 4N5 when required for high-purity applications.

Casting & inspection

Cast into 8-20 kg standard ingots. Each batch is chemically analyzed and checked against product specifications before release.

Packaging & shipment

Coded and packaged per customer specification. Export coordination with Germany-based support.

Secondary segregation as core capability

The second segregation stage is the decisive technical barrier for stable high-purity output. It supports routine 3N8/4N supply and 4N5 up to 99.995% when customer requirements call for it.
